Michael draws on over 11 years experience in research, marketing, advertising, public relations and related communications fields to provide successful brand and marketing solutions to clients in technology, construction, retail, hospitality, entertainment, health sciences and education. Michael's project experience includes online and offline brand development and campaign development for a number of international, national and regional clients, with significant experience in investment attraction and labour attraction and retention initiatives for the provincial government, municipal government, and for public and private companies.

Ongoing projects include brand and promotional campaign development and execution for a number of international, national and regional clients. Among them, Dominator Clothing North America, Dominik Hasek's sports clothing company; and Waterous Power Systems, Canada's largest distributor of Detroit Diesel engines, MTU/Detroit Diesel power generation units, Mercedes Benz engines, Allison Transmissions, and GE Energy product lines.
