Account Executive

We are looking for experienced advertising sales people who are driven, goal-oriented, and who love to sell solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales, up-selling existing accounts, managing the sales process, helping with proposals, and interfacing with the creative team. You must be highly motivated, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, know how to sell marketing and communications solutions to improve business performance, and have an ability to deliver results. Position offers base salary plus attractive commission structure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create new sales in your territory
• Maintain current revenue in your territory
• Understand how we can help existing and potential customers solve their business, sales, and marketing problems and deliver results to them
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree, Diploma or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Sales
• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or promotions experience (more will be considered an asset)
• Strong sales ability including, presentation and closing
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills and ability to organize and prioritize
• Valid Driver’s License & access to your own car
